土曜日の昼間に、天気も良いので散歩がてらに本所吾妻橋まで行って行きました。
昼のラストオーダー間近だったので、お店はすいてて、一組のお客さんだけでした。
辛いのは苦手なので、酸辣刀削麺を頼みました。
しばらくして出てくると麺はモチモチで、酸っぱ辛い出汁とシャキシャキのキャベツの具合が絶妙な刀削麺でした。
中国人の夫妻(?)の愛想も良くて、中国語の音楽が流れていました。
