オリンピック開会式のブルーインパルスの飛行を浅草
の隅田川沿いで見た後に､昼食を食べにお店を探しま
した。
緊急事態宣言下では有りますが、連休中で浅草や
スカイツリーがかなり混雑していたので、密を避け
てお店を探していたら､猛暑の中､浅草とスカイツリー
の中間の本所吾妻橋駅まで歩いてしまいました。
暑くてたまらなくなった時に、“冷やし中華”の店外
のメニューが目に留まり､即入店。
先客1名で、店内は程よく冷えていて、ホッと一息
入れる間もなく、冷やし中華880円を注文しました。
10分ぐらいで配膳されました。
具材は、少しユニークです。きゅうり､鳥肉､エビ､
モヤシ､キクラゲ､刺身のツマのような大根の千切り､
茹で玉子半分､水菜。
辛子は小さなパックで提供です。
鳥肉はチャーシューやハムの代わりになるのでしょ
うか？塩茹であっさりしていて美味しく量も多め
で美味しかったです。
錦糸卵の代わりが､茹で玉子半分？
水菜と大根の千切りは、トマトの代わり？
麺は細麺のストレートで具材が多いので、特に感想
が無いです。
汁は程よく酸味が効いた美味しい醤油ベースで具材
や麺によく合いました。
いつもと違う具材で、美味しくいただきました。
