スカイツリーの話をしている時に、友人から押上にうまいホルモン屋ができたと聞いたので、スカイタワーを見がてら、行ってきました。
店内の内装は普通なのですが、店員さんに活気があって、親切で、居心地のよい雰囲気でした。
夏の暑いときに、冷えたグラスで出されるビールは最高です。
そして、肝心のホルモンですが、想像以上にうまいです。
個人的に肉が大好きなので、うまいと聞けば、都内の焼肉屋、ホルモン屋はほとんど行っております。
参考までに、肉好きの人が頭に浮かぶ店、有名店、寺門ジモンが紹介している店には行っております。
それらと比較しても、この店は負けず劣らず、おいしいです。コストパフォーマンスも高いです。
一緒に連れて行った女性も、ホルモンは飲み込めないので食べるのが苦手だというのですが、ここのホルモンなら食べれるといい、おかわりをするほどでした。
特に、ハツ刺し、レバ刺しは、臭みもなく、新鮮でおいしかったです。おすすめです。
店員さんと少し話した時、余計な仲買を介していないと言っていたので、おそらく、個人的なネットワークからよい仕入れルートを構築しているのだと思いました。
できたばかりで、まだホームページなども作っていないくらいなので、一般的に知られていませんが、これから人気がでそうな店だと感じました。
わざわざ食べに行く価値のあるくらいオススメです。
