2012年のスカイツリーがOPENして間もなく此方のフロアのアフタヌーンティーセットを利用してから、今年で11周年なので10年ぶり位の利用です。
1ヶ月位前に展望台に来て予約をしようと友人と約束して電話予約でやっと空きがあり、折角なので一日二組限定の鉄板焼~雅~(@34500税サ15%込)にして、私の少し遅いバース用ケーキ(@2600)も頼みます。
此方のコースはネット(2カ月前から予約可)からより電話の方が確実だそう。
入場はWEST4階のレストラン634専用の受付があり、そちらで説明を受けて(食後に展望台利用の方が良いとの事)一般観光客と一緒にエレベーターで展望台へ行き(1人1800円の展望チケット必要)、1つ下の階へ降りて634の入口で案内スタッフがいます。
窓際にテーブルが並んでますが、一番奥の半個室になった鉄板焼コーナーへ通され、6席あり3組は座れますが、今は前半17.30~/後半19~の各1組限定で、シェフが付きっきりで接客してくれます。
先ずは★ブリュットのトリボーのハーフボトル(＠7000)で乾杯！酸味があり乾いた喉にしみる〜
●アミューズ4種が来て、ヴィシソワーズのアイスクリーム キャビア添え(ここの名物らしい)、オニオンのタルト、とうもろこしのババロア、自家製生ハムメロン(メロンはスムージーで生ハムとグラス入り)。
私のチョイスで赤ワインの★ラ ボーム シラー(キャラフェ@4600) を頂き、程よい温度と好みのカルベネソーヴィニヨン系(ハウスワインにもされてるそう)。
●海の幸のガスパチョは、3種のシーフードの上にハモがのっていてソースと一緒に〜臭み無い新鮮な海鮮と鱧の仕事も丁寧。
●小鳩のサラダ仕立て トリュフスライス>鉄板で小鳩とクレープを焼いてからサラダと包み、小鳩の出汁ソースを掛けてくれ、ナイフで切って断面も楽しめました。
●魚のメインは、クエとアワビのスライス 季節の野菜添えで、台風で西方面の魚が少ない中、鮮度も大きさもありソースも2種楽しめ感動❢
★追加の赤ワイン、ムーラン デ キャノー(カラフェ@5200)頼み、此方の方がメルローも入りスッキリに感じました。
●肉メインの黒毛和牛フィレ、サシの少ないA4にしてるそうで、ミディアムレアでお願いしましたが、今まで食べた中で一番柔らかい❣4種の塩＆醤油&山葵＆西洋山葵と合わせてワインと最高！足りなければ50g5100円で追加できるそう。
●白米と赤だし、香の物を頂き、デザートの前に、後半の組もいらして(欧米系家族連れでしたのでシェフは英語対応もOKの様)、展望テーブルの方へ移動します。
●アラカルトのチーズ各種(白カビ、青カビ、羊、山羊系、ミモレットetcほぼ全種類w？)を頼み1カット@500と明朗。
★隅田川ブルーイング ケルシュ(@1700)をチーズとサービスの薄切りパンと共に何杯かお替りし、、

●デザートの桃のコンポートとソルベ アーモンドパイ添え＆ワインフレーバーの紅茶(お初です)。
●プディガトー3種(ミニカヌレ、和三盆糖クッキー、生ショコラボンボン)>食べきれず可愛い透明な袋に入れてお土産にしてくれ〜
帰りに、レストラン634限定の生チョコと和三盆糖クッキーをお土産で購入して(感動したカヌレが無いのが残念^^;)、帰りに晴れ空の夜景も展望台で更に堪能してお腹も心も満足しタワーを後にしました*\0/*
