結論、再訪します
場所はスカイツリーの31階。雰囲気も良いので、家族できても、仕事でも使えそうで良いです
注文は、蟹のコース。単品で松茸の天ぷら。カツオの刺身。
松茸の天ぷらは笠は開いていましたが、2300円の値段を考えたら、満足のメニュー。香りが楽しめて旬が感じられるのは良い
カツオは、口に広がる香りが良い。この時期だと脂バチバチのを想像していたのですが、こういった赤身が強く酸度の高いカツオは、これはこれで大好物です^ ^
そして、蟹のコース。
書くことが一杯ありすぎるので端的に
先付けの香箱は、仕事が丁寧！！！そして、味も良いので言うことなしwこの時期だからこその味覚ですね
目の前で活の本ズワイを解体するパフォーマンスは個人的に良いなと思いました。刺身を作る所作にも無駄がなく。見ていて心地よい。もちろん味も良い^ ^
味は並なのは、蟹焼売、蟹鉄板焼き、お椀、蟹クリームコロッケ、天ぷら、蟹飯。。。量は多く見せ方も良いですが、味は並です
そんな中で、頭どころか胴体一つ抜けているのが蟹の蒸籠蒸し！！！
今後、蟹は茹でないことに決めた瞬間でした。そして蟹を買うときは蒸籠も用意しようと思いました
味噌が甘い。身がふっくらと仕上がっていて香りがたつ。食べ始めたら止まりません。とにかく美味しい。自分は蟹はほとんど活で仕入れて、家で家族に振る舞う方なのでお店と合わせたら何百回と調理してきましたが、目から鱗。脱帽。。。このやり方があったかとw
このメニューを食べるためだけにコース頼んでも良いですね
最初から最後まで皆さんの接客も素晴らしく、気持ちの良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました
