上との違いはうなぎの大きさ
との事で、今回は並を注文。
待つこと10分で出てきます。
うなぎ屋さんにしては、あまり待つことなくラッキー。
うな重の他に、香の物、お汁、デザートのオレンジ。
お箸は竹の利休箸。
うなぎはキロ5pくらいのサイズかな。
並としては標準サイズ。
うなぎは臭みもなく、望むならもう少し身が厚いと嬉しいけど、そうなるとやっぱり上を頼まないとね。
タレはそれほど甘くなく、山椒もそれほど刺激なく
総じて、普通にうな重を頂きました。
