休日のランチ
今日はなんとなくパエリア気分だったので 近くのソラマチで見つけたミゲルフアニさんに行こうかなーと リモートワーク中の姉を誘い行ってみました。
春休みも手伝ってか ランチ時のソラマチ6Fは全ての店が行列( ºﾛº)
その中でミゲルさん空いてる…(いいことなのか人気ないのか分からないけど取り敢えず入っみますか)って事でIN(^^)
パエリア専門店だけあって メニューほぼパエリア笑
本場のパエリアはどんなもんか試したいのでここは一番人気のバレンシア風パエリアで！
提供まで30分はかかるとの事なので 食前酒を頂き彩りパーフェクトなサラダを頂き ゆっくり待ちます。

パエリア来ました^^
めちゃめちゃいい匂い ＆ おコゲまくってます！
付属のスプーンで まるでもんじゃのお焦げをこそげるようにすくって一口食べると
ものすご〜〜ーく うんまーーーーっ！！
よくある豪華なパエリアではありませんが
お米が最後の一粒まで美味しく食べられる逸品です。
少々高いですが これはまた食べたくなりました！
スペインには行ったことないですけど
