2022年9月3日にソラマチの近くにオープンしたフレンチサンドイッチ専門店です。
尖ったコンセプトのお店が大好物なので早速行ってきました。
入口すぐの注文カウンターのメニューを見るとかなり種類がありますが
初回は自家製ハムチーズのバゲットサンドをいただくことにしました。
肉厚なハムとグリュイエールチーズの組み合わせは間違いないですね。バゲットは少しかためでしたがとても美味しいサンドイッチです！
(お店のinstagramを見ると、バゲットが硬いのはその後改善されたようです)
イートインだと付け合わせにスープ(この日はシルクスイートというさつまいもの冷製スープ)とポムピューレがついてますが、この付け合わせがすごく美味しい！！
サンドイッチのテイクアウトは100円引きのようですが、このスープとポムピューレがあるなら積極的にイートインを利用したいな！と思いました。
別の日にいただいたローストビーフのサンドイッチやスモークサーモンマリネのサンドイッチ、クロックムッシュも素晴らしいです。付け合わせもサンドイッチによってレモンサワークリームだったり黒胡椒パセリバターだったりするので、そこも毎回楽しみです。
さらに別の日には自家製アイスもいただきましたが300円のクオリティとは思えぬアイスでした。
ふりかけてあるパリパリとした薄焼きせんべいのようなものの塩気が相まって美味しいです。
こんな感じでちょいちょお昼ごはんで利用してます。
通し営業なので遅い昼休みに絶品サンドイッチがいただけるので今後のランチは安泰です！
