美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、押上にあるサンドイッチ屋さんによりました。
お店は、スカイツリーの麓にあるサン グ ルマンというパン屋さんです。
こちらは、以前から友人が気にしていたお店です。
店内は、路地の間にありちょっと見つけにくいです。
バケットサンドが人気のお店だそうです。
今回は、お目当てのパテ・ド・カンパーニュが売り切れということで、二番目に人気のカスクルートとドリンクを注文しました。
カスクルートの生ハムと自家製マスカルポーネチーズ 730円(8センチ)は、思ったよりも8センチが短かったです。見た目はとてもおしゃれで、サンドイッチにはマッシュポテトがつくようです。
また、この日は開店一周年だったそうでスポンジケーキのサービスがありました。
カスクルートですが、まず、バケットの表面がザクっとしていて、中はフンワリ柔らかくとても美味しいです。
マスカルポーネがクリーミーで生ハムの塩気がとてもバランスが良いです。
私たちが食べてきた、カスクルートの中でも上位に入るおいしさでした。
次回は、早めに伺ってパテ・ド・カンパーニュを食べてみたいと思います。
