雪月花@新小岩
未だ行ったことのない焼肉屋さんへ。
新小岩駅から徒歩約3分ほどの駅近くにある焼肉屋さん。
19時頃の訪問でしたが、予約なしで入店できました。
店内は、1テーブルをしっかり空けてコロナ対策を行っていました。
また、店内の壁には力士のサインがたくさんありました。ここで活力を付けているんでしょうね。
メニューは、単品からコースまで。
今回は、5000円のコースをオーダー。
色々とメニューの写真を撮り忘れてしまったものもありますが、先にサラダ、キムチの盛り合わせが到着。
前菜が済むと、どーんとお肉のお寿司！
そして、どどーんと焼肉のお肉たちが登場です！
お肉の迫力がすごい！サーロイン、ミスジ、タン、など贅沢な部位の登場です！
焼肉のたれもこってりなものはなく、大根おろしと合わせた和風ダレや岩塩で頂く徹底ぶり！
どのお肉も、柔らかく食べると溶けてしまうほど...
特にサーロインは絶品。結構な厚さでしたが、食べるとサクッと噛み切れ、食べると溶けていきます...
ただ、私の焼き方が下手なのか少し脂が多すぎてちょっとくどい感じに...
美味しく食べられる焼き方をマスターしなきゃいけないですね。
牛タンも歯ごたえがしっかりしていながら、この柔らかさ。
付け合わせで付いていた、ねぎと合わせるとよりGOOD！
最後には、アイスもついて
美味しくいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。
