新小岩には焼き肉屋がたくさんありますが、ここ雪月花は間違いないお店。ホルモン平田もありますが、系統が違うので焼肉ならばここがNO1。
１．感染症対策
食べログトップページに色々書いてありますが、特筆すべきは席間距離。ゆったりして安心できます。
２．席、雰囲気、接客
席はテーブル席。店内広く、さまざまですがおすすめは窓側ですね。独立性が高くゆったりできます。雰囲気は明るく清潔、接客も丁寧。強力ロースターで煙もゼロ。煙突レスなので視界良好です。
３．味
こちらの肉質はなかなかですよ。タンは自信があるらしく強気なお値段。食べると高いだけあり、かなり美味しいと思います。ロース盛り合わせも上質で美味しい。変にサシが入りすぎていないところもGOOD。うまい！
４．価格
このくらいしないとお客が押し寄せてしまいます。ある程度の肉が食べたければそれ相応のお値段は覚悟。そうすると自然と心地良い空間も手に入るというもの。適正です。
５．感想
お昼の時間外しでしか伺っていませんので他にお客さんがいない状況での感想です。夜はどんなかな。。いまはやっぱり厳しいのかも知れませんが、こういう良店ほど頑張ってほしいものです。美味しい時間とお肉をありがとうございます。２Fにあるため少し入りにくいですが、安心してください。良いお店ですから。ご馳走様でした。
