所用のついでに久しぶりに寄りました。実は新小岩にはずいぶん昔に住んでいたことがあって、その頃は焼肉といえば、もっぱらここだったのです。その後、引っ越してからはなかなか焼肉に満足がいかず、なんどかわざわざこちらにひとりで食べに来たくらいです。
この日はお勧めメニューとして推されていた輸入ハラミ（塩）をお願いしました。サンチュもお願いしたかったのですが、あまりにも豪華にグレードアップし過ぎていてひとり焼肉にはヴォリュームが多すぎたのでパスして、白菜キムチとナムル、それと焼酎のお湯割りをお願いしました。
まずは白菜キムチとナムルが出てきます。このキムチが本当に繊細で美味しいです! ナムルはなますみたいな大根と人参のナムルが絶妙においしい。このふたつはお肉に合わせるとめちゃ旨いです。そして、輸入ハラミ（塩）が登場しました。
輸入だし、値段も安めなので筋が強くて、よく焼いても硬めなのかなと思っていたのですが、ひときれ持ち上げるとすごいです! ものすごく丁寧な包丁入れが施されているのです。じっくり焼き上げて食べてみるとめっちゃやわらかいし、よく焼いても肉汁が溢れてきます。素晴らしい職人技です! やはり隠れた名店と称えられるだけのことがあります。
本当はお肉をたいらげたらカルビスープを頼んで締めにしたいと思っていたのですが、結局、輸入ハラミ（塩）と焼酎をお代わりしてしまいました笑。その後はお腹いっぱいになってしまったのでそこで終了にしました笑。
やっぱり名店だなあと思いました。なんとしてでも新小岩での所用は増やさなければなりません笑!
