ネパールには行ったことがないので、本場の味は知らないけど、
どこの店に行っても新しい発見もあり、好みのお店ばかり。
だけど、ここは自分には合わないネパール料理。
美味しいかどうかより、合わないなという感想です。
平日19:00頃訪問。
団体客、2人組が2組。すべて日本人。
ネパール料理では初めての状況。
いつも、どこへ行ってもネパール人比率が高いのに。
事前情報でダルバートが1750円とあり、
普通の2~3倍で高いなと思いつつ、
よほど美味しいのかなと期待大。
お店に着くと、すごくスタッフのサービスはすごくよく、
周囲3組は皆常連で、席は違えど知り合い同士って感じで、
良い雰囲気でした。
料理。来ました。
それぞれ一口ずつ食べると、中には少し良い感じの料理も。
だけど、どれも水っぽく、味が薄い。
そしてご飯は日本米にちょっと長いお米が混ざってる感じ。
一緒に食べると、さらに水っぽくなり、
色々混ぜても、味は良くならず。
そして量は多い。苦戦しました。
