土曜日のお昼時に行ったということもあって、
店内はほぼ満席。
その上、団体客の予約が入っているとのことで、
店員さんの動きに無駄がなくどこか活気に溢れている。
ランチメニューの孫悟空セット
（ラーメン、揚げ餃子3個、ミニサラダ、半ライス）で
半ライスを小チャーハンに変更してもらい注文。
混み合っているわりには
そんなに待たずに料理が運ばれてきた。
ラーメンのスープはあっさり醤油系だが
油で少しコクを足しているのだろう。
麺は小麦香るしっかりタイプの細麺。
具材は小松菜のみの、シンプルかつ
オーソドックスを極めた醤油ラーメン。
揚げ餃子はモチモチの皮に
たっぷり餡でにんにくが効いていて
何もつけなくてもご飯のおかずにぴったりだ。
変更した小チャーハンは
おそらく焼豚と赤焼豚とハムが入って、
油の香りが少し強めのしっとり系。
プリプリの海老が華やかさを演出している。
このお店が長年続いている理由は、
特徴を出しすぎて飽きさせない
長く愛される味を追求してるのだろう。
