When I think of Okinawan Cuisine in Koiwa, where my parents live, this is it. Although it is not used at night, I often use it during lunch time. I ordered my favorite Yaeyama soba and Nijumaru bowl. I asked for a large serving of soba. The soba noodles are really delicious with a nice salty flavor and a gentle dashi soup. It will be even more delicious if you sprinkle plenty of kore goose on it. Nijumaru-don is a rice bowl topped with small pieces of juicy meat. The meat is not overly seasoned, so it pairs well with Yaeyama soba. There are also live performances by Okinawan artists at night, so I'd like to try it out someday. Thank you for the meal!
