Deep Town Koiwa in Joto has many restaurants serving East Asian and Southeast Asian Cuisine. It was a cold day, and on my way back from New Year's visit in Shibamata, I decided to eat something warm at Koiwa, the transfer station. A spicy curry wouldn't be bad, but today I felt like going for chili peppers, so I decided to visit this highly rated restaurant. The shop seems to be run by a Korean couple. Both the couple are smiling and have a great time. What I received was ``Sorongtan@1,500 yen.'' When I ordered it, the first thing I received was a small plate of panchan. I was surprised at how fulfilling it was! There are 8 different types, including Chinese cabbage kimchi, komatsuna namul, shredded potatoes, fried egg, garlic sprouts, bean sprouts, cucumber Kyu-chan style, and vegetable salad, and you can refill them as much as you want! Maybe it's because they don't have a lunch menu, but it's rare to find a restaurant that serves such a good panchan during the day ＼(^o^)／ As I was enjoying the panchan, a simmering Solongtang appeared. When you eat the soup after it has cooled down, you will be able to enjoy the flavor of the beef bones♪ The base is salty, which makes it really refreshing and delicious♪♪ The ingredients include beef, offal, thick vermicelli noodles, and a large amount of green onion. The soup is rich in collagen, so much so that when I eat it, my mouth gets wet (lol).It was quite a portion, but it was so delicious that I finished it all, including the panchan. If you want to eat authentic Korean Cuisine in Koiwa, we highly recommend it!
