Used by family. Although it was a weekend, I was able to make reservation on the day on the official website, and when I actually visited, it was fairly empty. Order via touch panel. Once you place your order, the drinks come fairly quickly, but the food is served very slowly. When I ordered a few more items, they came in quick succession with the items I ordered earlier. The pace doesn't seem right... The Sakura Yukhoe that I ordered at first was not delivered to me, and when I checked, I was told that it was being thawed. I got the impression that the overall operation was not going well, with people calling out for the staff even though they were ordering using a touch panel.
