「名登利鮨」さんのあとは「バーラウンジ・アイ」さんのカウンター席へ。
ジントニックからのスタートです。
日本酒の後にいただくジントニック。
リセットされた美味しさを楽しみます。
今回は京都のクラフトジンを使って作っていただきました。
和のお通しの後は、スイカのソルティードックをお願いしました。
デコレーションは大きいスイカ。
がぶりといただいてからカクテルにいきましょう。
最後はウイスキー。
大好きなキルホーマンで〆です。
