The horumon here is delicious and odorless. You grill it yourself on a charcoal grill. If you grill a fatty cut, the grill will burn, so cool it down with ice. Every cut is delicious, so it's hard to choose. I tried the staff curry, which is apparently famous, but it was hot and spicy, but not to my taste.
