今年の初め「ぴったんこカンカンスペシャル」でうしくろの存在を知り、ずっと気になっていたのですが、新小岩に住む友人から「地元の人に大人気の焼肉屋があるから行かない？」と誘われたのが、何とうしころ東小松川店で、二つ返事で行ってきました♪

期待が一気に高まります。
地元の方からとても人気と伺っていましたが、私達が伺った19時にはもうすでに賑わっていて、帰る時までとても店内は賑わっていました。
お店は２階立てで、１階はテーブル席、２階はとても広い宴会スペースと個室。
今回は個室に案内して頂きました☆
うしくろではお肉にとてもこだわっていて、市場に10％しか出回らないと言われている雌牛を主に使用されています。
しかも抗生物質を使っていない健康で安全なお肉が頂けるんです☆
まずは珍しく可愛くゆず酒ハイボールで乾杯♪
キムチの盛り合わせと新鮮野菜のナムル。
どちらも自家製☆
改良を重ねたこだわりのキムチはとても美味しかった！
ナムルはそれぞれの野菜の美味しさを生かした味付けで美味しい。
チョレギサラダ。
野菜の美味しさを引き出すあっさりとした塩風味。
さてさてお待ちかねのお肉です！
オススメはその日によって違うのですが、何とこの日は松坂牛～!
リーズナブルだったし、食いしん坊４人で伺ったので松坂牛のオススメを全部頂きました☆

かいのみカルビは、ふっくらとした柔らかさ。
うしくろでは３種類のタレがあって、好みで選ぶことが出来ます。
お店では、カルビにはフルーツだれ、ホルモンにはにんにくだれ、赤身には金だれをオススメされています。

どれも美味しかったのですが、中落ちカルビがとっても美味しかった☆
脂加減が絶妙で、まったくしつこくない。
肉の旨みもしっかり感じられます。
美味しい松坂牛のカルビを頂きながら、初マッコリ♪
こちらは甘みがあまりないタイプだそうで、すっきりとした味わい。
日本酒っぽい感じで、ゴクゴク飲めちゃいました☆

カクヒレをレア気味で頂きましたが、本当に柔らかくて美味しかった～！！

名物！ネギ挟み極みタン塩☆
熟練した職人さんがひとつひとつ手作りされています。
１頭から数人前しか取れない貴重な霜降りタンで、たっぷりのネギを包み込んでます！
このネギの量がすごい！
ネギがタンに包み込まれていることで中のネギが蒸されたようになり、ものすごく甘くネギが甘いんです☆
食感もちょうどいい感じで、こちらはおかわりしちゃいました。
黒毛の炙り１０秒しゃぶトン☆
雌牛のロースを、さっと炙って焼きしゃぶに♪
卵に絡め、１口ご飯と一緒に頂きます。
最強の組み合わせ☆
ここで結構お腹いっぱいだったのですが、美味しそうな〆がいっぱいあって。。。
食いしん坊な私達はみんなでシェアして食べることにしました。
限定！とろけるユッケ仕立てビビンバ☆
彩り鮮やかな新鮮ナムルとユッケ仕立てのハーモニーが抜群！
自家製コチュジャンがこれまた美味しい。
量もそんなに多くなくて、女性が〆に食べるのにはオススメ☆
杏仁豆腐☆
やっぱりデザートまで食べちゃいました。
自家製の杏仁豆腐は濃厚で美味しかった♪
こだわり抜いた品質の高い美味しいお肉がリーズナブルに頂ける、地元の方に愛されてるいいお店でした☆
新小岩駅から少し距離があるのでバスかタクシー利用となりますが、お近くに行った際は行く価値ありです。
