最高の焼肉が江戸川区にあるよ！という肉友さんからの情報で伺いました。
新小岩駅から少し離れているので、今回は乗り合わせてタクシーで向かいました。
お店前に着くなり目に飛び込むのが、ドドーン！と書かれた「最高の焼肉」の文字。猛烈アピールですね(^^)
この日は個室に通していただけてラッキー♪
さて、乾杯もそこそこに、早速お肉をいただきましょう。
ネギ挟み極みタン塩
最初は当然タン塩から！極みタン塩は厚切りのタン塩に味付けネギを挟んであり、そのまま焼きます。
厚みがあってぷりっぷりの歯ごたえ！ネギも程よく辛味が抜けていてよかったです♪
中ロース
上ロースは少々キツいお年頃…ということで、中ロースを。脂は控えめであっさりしていて、赤身の旨さを堪能しました。
レギュラーメニューの他に、日替わりのおすすめも提供されています。この日は山形県尾花沢牛でした。この中で気になった、亀の子ステーキをいただきました。
亀の子ステーキ
もともとは亀のように見える部位ということで亀の子と呼ぶようです。提供されるお肉はカットされていますが、それでも豪華なステーキ！一枚丸ごと焼いて、ハサミで切り分けます。
亀の子も脂は少なく、あっさりした味わい。肉もとても柔らかく、歯がスッと入る感じ。優しい甘みのあるタレがまたよく合い、とても美味しかったです。
シャトーブリアン
脂がキツい〜なんて言いながら、これだけは食べておきたいと頼んだのが、シャトーブリアン！
重さを感じさせず、口の中で瞬く間に溶けていくような脂のうまさは、さすがシャトーブリアンというもの。食べておいてよかった〜(^^)
テグタンスープ
最後はテグタンスープをいただきました。テグタンスープは好きなので良く食べるのですが、比較的こちらのスープはしっかりしたコクがあって、かなり美味しかったです。
マッコリ
虎という名のマッコリ。甘めの味が多いマッコリですが、これはスッキリ辛口の味わいでいくらでも飲めてしまいそうでした！
食べ終わって
上質なお肉ばかりをいただけて、大満足。「最高の焼肉」というフレーズは大げさではありませんでした。少々アクセスが大変な立地ですが、わざわざ行く価値はあるお店です。焼肉好きの友達とまた伺いたいですね。ごちそうさまでした！
