新小岩の有名店へ！
寝坊してしまいとみ田へ行けなかった為、こちらにお邪魔することに。
30分前に到着し、タイミング良く一巡目をGET！！
その後どんどん行列ができ、開店の時間には30名は並んでいた。
店員さんから、先に食券を買うように言われる。
味玉濃厚魚介つけめん¥930を購入。
食券を渡し、また外で待つ事15分。
やっとオープン！！
カウンターのみ、清潔感のある店内。
とーってもいい香りがする！！！！
期待がドンドン膨らみます。
数分で最前列の方から次々とつけ麺が着丼する。
やっとキタ！！
第一印象、キレイ！
すごくキレイなつけ麺だ！
食い気味にまず一口！！
うわぁ〜美味しい！！
濃厚魚介つけ麺だけど、そこまで魚介は感じなかったなぁ。鶏白湯のような、まろやかなトロみ。
太めの麺にスープがよく絡む。
トッピングのつくねが、またまた美味しい！
柚子とブラックペッパーがきいてて、お肉はフワフワなのだが、軟骨も入っているのでコリコリした食感も味わえる。フワコリつくね。
太めのメンマも美味しかった！
味玉は驚くほど濃厚。
トロ〜っとした黄身が溢れ出す。美味しい！
中盛にすれば良かったと、だいぶ後悔しました…
最後はスープ割りをいただきます。
ふぅ〜美味しい。止まらない。
全てにおいて完成度の高いつけ麺だった。
店員さんの接客も良かった！
また並んでも食べたい！
ごちそうさまでした！

ずっともう一度食べたいと言い続けていたが、遠いという事もあり何だかんだで8年経過していた
EPARKで予約が出来るようになっていて、かなり便利になっていた
0:00ちょうどに予約完了！
楽しみで楽しみでしかたなかった
少し早く着いてしまったが、並びは0
どうしたらいいのーって店の前でウロウロしてたら
予約してた方が来店され、お店の中へ
女性の店員さんが出てきて、食券を買ってからこちらにお並びくださいと言われ、予約してるんですがと告げると一言「はい」とだけ言われる
有名店で、毎回同じこと聞かれてるんだろうなって分かるんだけど、軽くあしらわれた感が否めず
丁寧な接客とは言えない
予約してた時間ちょうど位に店内へ呼ばれる
中盛りにするか迷ったけど、食が細くなってきたので並盛りで
10分ほどで着丼
8年越しのつけ麺
まず一口食べた時、すぐに臭みを感じた
動物性の獣臭さがする
最後までその臭みがずーっと気になった
こんなに甘かったかな？とも思った
8年越しのつけ麺は残念な味だった
期待が膨らみ過ぎたのかもしれない
私の舌が8年間で肥えたことは間違いない
この味ならここまでわざわざ来る必要は無いな
食べた後もマスクの中で臭みが残り続けた
つけ麺としては普通に美味しいとは思う
だが、もう特別なものではなかった
すごく楽しみにしてたから悲しかった
