13時40分になると店員さんから言われ
了承し食券を購入。
その間に新小岩駅前の西友に駐車して
再度一橙へ向かう。
13時28分頃着くと、すぐ店内奥に案内される。
着丼13時30分。早い！！
〘特製濃厚魚介つけめん〙1,680円
〘大盛り400gに変更〙150円
※大盛りはスープのおかわり可能
【麺】
太ストレート、アルデンテ気味
まさに王道。正統派つけ麺の代名詞的な麺。
良い意味で想定通り。400gも苦にならない。
【スープ】
今では慣れ親しんだ味だが、少し甘めかな。
粘度はそんなにない。（5段階なら2.5くらい）
熱々のスープと麺は相性抜群
頼んでなかったけど、途中で店員さんが
熱々のおかわりスープを持ってきた笑
【具材】
チャーシュー⇨3種。普通！
現在のラーメン屋さんはチャーシューのレベルが格段やな上がってる店は多くあり、特段感想なし。
味付け卵は中身濃いオレンジで美味。
【感想】
王道系の魚介つけ麺を求めたら食べられます。
回転も良く店員さんもテキパキし愛想も良く
さすが昔からの名店。
特製の1,680円の内容は他店と比べて高く感じる。
肉感あるレアチャーが流行ったり好まれたり
する中で、もっと出来るんではないかと思う。
今後に期待したい。
