濃厚魚介つけ麺 1080円
今回は5年ぶりに一燈さんへ訪問。
予約システムを使えば、割と直近の日でも予約がとれる上、待たずに入ることができるのは◎
待ち人数もほぼなく、予約無しでも少し並べば入れそうだ。
つけ汁は鶏白湯と魚介ベース。とろみはあまりなくさらっとしたタイプのもの。コクもあり普通に美味しいのだが、たまに動物系?の少し嫌なにおいがするのがちょっと気になる。
具は肉団子2つにメンマと葱。デフォだとチャーシューが0なのは少し寂しい。
店主の坂本さんはインタビューにて、「接客と味の比率は7:3」と語るほど接客に重きをおいているようだが、今回の訪問時は外国人のバイトのみで、感じが悪いわけではないが決して接客が優れているとはいえない。
つけ麺の牽引者、パイオニアであることは承知しているが、拡大展開しすぎた結果、本店の勢いは昔ほどではなくなっていると感じざるを得なかった。
