平日の予約なしで10:45到着。前には2人。
予約してる人たちが先に食べていた。
11:00に入店。座ると同時にラーメンが提供される。良いオペレーション。
【味の感想】
美味しいつけ麺です。
味は濃いめで、少し動物系の匂いがします。その点は△
麺の量は少し少ない。麺自体が美味しいので多めにすればよかったなと思います。
11:20に退店した時は15人待ち。平日ですが非常に混んでいますね。
