バランスの良いラーメン
特製煮干しソバ
あっさりと、こってりの中間で、まさに求めていた味。
つけ麺は、写真見るとドロドロしていたので、興味はあるけど多分、自分に合わないんだろうなっていつもパスしている。でもいつかチャレンジはしようと思ってはいるが、場所的にあまり頻繁に行く場所ではないから、久しぶりに行くと無難なラーメンを注文しちゃう。

本日は、魚介塩つけ麺を注文。
大好きだった麺屋もものつけ麺に近い理想のつけ麺。
甘くないつけ汁。
ドロドロしていない丁度良い濃度のつけ汁。
塩とはなっているが醤油もはいっており一本調子の味ではない。刻んだとろけるチャーシュー、刻み玉ねぎも良い
ほぼ理想ではあるが、改善点して欲しい部分もあった。
つけ麺だから後半味が薄くなるのを見越してなのか、一口目塩が強くしょっぱく感じる。
もう少し塩をおさえるか、野菜の甘味をもう少し強くすると良いと思われる。
もしくは、濃厚でない普通の魚介醤油つけ麺を出すとか。
メニューに無いから塩つけ麺にしたのだけど、本当は醤油の魚介つけ麺が良かったかな～。
塩って難しいんだよね。どうしても薄味か一本調子の味になりがち。
