この日は仕事で江戸川区へ。
午前から午後の移動で途中下車し、目当てのらーめん屋さんへ。
ところが行列…の為、諦めて以前行ったことのある鼈さんへ。
5〜6年前に行った際、煮干しそばが休止中だったので、再挑戦の意味合いも込めて訪問。
待ちはありますが、数名だったので食券を購入して並ぶことに。
券売機を見ると…また煮干しそば休止中(T . T)
全体的に物価高や煮干しの高騰とかあるので、仕方ないよなーとおそらく前回も食べたであろう濃厚煮干しつけ麺を購入笑
購入後5分ほどで座れ、食券を渡す際に無料で変更出来る大盛りでお願いしました。
さてさて、到着したつけ麺は綺麗な太めの麺と煮干し香るスープで改めて美味しそう。
スープを飲んでみると、そこまで濃くなく煮干ししっかり目ながら飲みやすいです。
麺はもちもちで、噛み心地や喉越しも良く。
大盛りでもサラッといけます！
