テーマ：郷土料理どーも。
うどんとそばなら断然「蕎麦派」なフードアナリスト、かとひろデス。
今回は地元！！小岩です。
小岩駅北口を出て右手。
昔「浅草バー」という赤ちょうちんのお店のトコ。
変わっちゃったようです。
浅草バーと言えば、５０年の歴史を誇る小岩の老舗居酒屋。
「俺たちの月９」とも言われる『吉田類の酒場放浪記』
（BS-TBS月曜午後９時〜絶賛放送中）
こちらの番組でも登場したお店です。
そして５１年目、「霧島焼鳥K'zきっちん」の幕開けだそうです。

ケイジさんのキッチンでしょうか（笑）
一回通り過ぎたんです。お店の前。
その日寒くて、鍋が食べたい気分だったので
焼鳥スルー。
そしたら店頭にいたお兄ちゃんが追いかけて来て
「鍋、出来ます！！お出しします！！」
なら行くか（笑）
まだ試作段階だそうで（来店時は９月）
味見して欲しいとの事。
もつ鍋味見してみましょうぞ。
もつ鍋の前に。。。
ビール！！
・・・・の前に馬刺し！！（笑）
超オススメとの事なので頼みました。
馬ぶつ ¥８１９
ロースとヒレ、こうねの３点盛り。
確かに美味しい！！
でもここ。。。焼き鳥屋ですよね（笑）

やっぱりヱビスは美味しい！

ちなみに後ろに見えるのはお神輿。
なんかワクワクしたのはかとひろサンだけでしょうか（笑）
ここのお店、入口を入ると右手に一枚板のカウンター。
奥は上下に階段が数段あり、中二階的なお座敷。（かとひろサンはココ）
半地下にはテーブル席。
不思議な造りは浅草バーそのものなのでしょう。
さて、店内の雰囲気はこんなところで
焼鳥屋さんですからね。串も頼んでみました。

中は半生。
トロっとした白レバーはお酒が進みますね
これはイイ（・∀・）！！
超おすすめです！
炙り鯖（名前間違ってたらゴメンナサイ）
目の前でバーナーで炙ってくれますので
すかさずレモンをかけるッ！！！！
うんうん。美味しいですよ。
２人じゃ多いかな（笑）
でも、一緒に行ったKOR嬢はバクバク食べてたので
残さず頂いちゃいましたが（笑）
さて。メインの鍋ですよ〜〜
もつ鍋です。
もつがかなり自信がある！とのことです。
確かにもつ美味しいです。
プリプリでマル！
しかし。。。。。
鍋のスープが薄い。お酒飲みながらなのでこれはナシ！
味はどうか尋ねられたので（味見で来たからね）
素直にお伝えしたら濃くしてきます！と一旦お鍋が退散。
再登場した鍋はしょっぱいだけでコクがない。
素直にお伝えしました（笑）
なんでしょうか。焼き鳥屋だから鶏ガラとかでもっと出汁を出しても良かったのかな？
（・・・ダジャレではない！！）
とりあえずこれからに期待ということで
