Restaurant highlights |
It's a small shop with 8 counter seats at the north exit of Shin-Koiwa Station.
In addition to the owner's carefully selected whiskey and standard cocktails, you can also enjoy cocktails made with seasonal fruits. |
A bar located a short walk from the north exit of Shin-Koiwa Station. It's a small bar with eight seats at the counter, so it's easy to come in alone. The cocktail in the photo looked delicious so I requested it. It was Snow Country. The balance of sweetness and sourness is just right, and the sweetness of the sugar in the glass spreads throughout the drink, making it easy to drink. I ate it while nibbling on the mint cherry. The gimlet recommended by the person next to me was fresh in both taste and aroma, with a crisp, refreshing dry acidity that made it delicious. Finally, there is the Sidecar. It is a short brandy-based cocktail that combines the aroma of brandy with the acidity of citrus fruits for a refreshing and delicious taste. The cocktails were delicious, with a variety of bases including vodka, gin, and brandy. The glasses they used were also lovely. The charms come in a variety of flavours, including Chocolate, chocolate, dried fruit and cheese, making them perfect for pairing with cocktails. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the cocktails were delicious, of course, but the owner was also great. What's more, it was reasonably priced. It was a bar where you could casually drop in by yourself.
