看板メニューは鶏の素揚げ。衣がない分、ジューシーさは少なめだが、その分ヘルシーでパリパリさっぱりと食せる。野菜の素揚げも揃う。一品料理のモツ煮ならぬ煮どりは、レバー、はつ、ぼんじり、はらみ、せせり、つなぎから選ぶスタイル、良。大山どりのしゃぶしゃぶ、水炊きのコースもある。メニュー数が多くないため、ヘルシーであっても素揚げだけだとさすがに飽きてくる。もう少し一品料理の種類が多いと嬉しい。
