２０１５年４月３０日、ベーネさんの移転後の開店の日。
もちろん予約を入れていきましたとも。
はす向かいの建物の２階と、場所自体はさして変わりませんが、その箱は
飛躍的に大きくなりまして。
ぱっと目を引く赤、シックな焦げ茶で統一した店内。
カジュアル目だった以前の店よりも、大人っぽくなりましたね。
２にんがけテーブルでなく、４人がけをメインに持ってきて。
ランチどきに活躍しそうな、お一人様でも入りやすい長いカウンターもあります。
以前のベーネさんを知るひとはみな驚嘆を隠せない様子。
通されたのと反対側のコーナーは、仕切りを工夫して個室風にもできるそうです。
強力な換気扇があるとのことで、ここは喫煙も可能になるらしい。
前のお店では物理的に分煙は無理だったから、ね。
メニュー一新かと思いきや、意外にも以前のものがほとんど。
ぽつぽつ目新しいものもありますが。
新小岩にまったく選択肢がなかった頃から、ここはいつ来ても気持ちよく
迎えてくださり、そして何を食べても美味しかった。
窓際の席から、下をみおろしていると、駅から歩いてくる人がみんなこちらを
見ているのでした。開店祝いのお花も飾ってあるから華やかよね。
ああ、以前よりも格段に目を引くかも。
仕事帰りにここを通りかかると、あかりがともっていて、ワイン片手に楽しそうに
談笑する人々が見える。
階段をのぼりさえすれば、冷えたワインとできたてのパスタを食べられる誘惑。
素通り出来る自信ないなあ（笑）。
新装開店ベーネさん、これからもよろしくお願いします。
