･13時だったこともあり、ランチはすぐに入れた！
･名刺挨拶や、ランチで網交換など、接客がフルアテンドのそれ並！
･ただし網に脂が甘く、最初張り付くので注意。
･価格はいい値段するので、コンビになったものが安上がり！
･肉質は、値段だけあって、そこそこ良き！

･赤身(もも肉)5枚
もも肉は赤身と言っても、かなりのサシが入っ
ているので、ササッと滑り踊らせ、余分な脂を落としましょう！
仕込みダレは控えめな甘みダレ
付けダレは、塩味が最初に来てあとから甘みの来るタレ
辛味噌は焦がしニンニクに辛みがついてくるイメージ
3種類で大きな味の変化を楽しめるので、お好きな味でご飯かきこんじゃいましょう！
･タン(薄切りのタン中の一部タン下付き)4枚
かなりの薄切りですが、ほんのりピンクでも、少しカリッと目に焼いてもどちらでもプリっと食感を楽しめます！
たん下が一部付いてますが、全然気になりません！
※メニュー表だともう少しタン元寄りで厚めのカットに見えますが…
