美味しい中華料理が気軽に食べられるお店があるということで行ってきました。
場所は、新小岩駅から徒歩2分くらいの所にある元祖チャ～ボンのお店「多福楼新小岩店」
☆ザ・プレミアム・モルツあ～まずは生で乾杯！やっぱり冷えたビールは格別ですね～
☆空芯菜炒め中華といえば食べたくなる空芯菜！お酒の肴にもピッタリ！
☆鄭ちゃんの焼き餃子オーナー鄭ちゃんが自ら作っているそうです。普通サイズくらいで丁度いいです。食べてみると皮はモチモチで中からはジュワッと肉汁がたまりません。このジューシーな秘密は、黒豚のカシラ肉を使用しているからだそう。何気に病みつきになりそうな感じでした！
☆ヘルシー黒酢酢豚これもボリュームたっぷりで皆で分けて丁度いいくらいの量です。黒酢のいい匂いが食欲をそそりますね～お肉は柔らかく、味もこってりとしていなく黒酢のお陰でサッパリとしてどんどん食べられちゃいます。酢豚ってどうしても味が濃くなってしまうと量が食べられなくなりますが、これはサッパリとした後味がいいですね！
☆海老マヨ アボカド入り海老好きとしては、頼まずにはいられません（笑）アボカドもたっぷり入っていて嬉しい♡
そして、プリプリの海老とオリジナルマヨネーズが最高！海老の旨味とアボカドのまろやかさが絶妙ですね！一人で食べちゃいたいくらい美味しかったです。
☆五目チャ～ボンチャ～ボンって気になって頼んでみました。多福楼では、元祖福建式ちゃんぽんを蘇らせ、「チャ～ボン」と命名されたそうで、日本のちゃんぽんのことです。お店の人気メニューだけあって注文されているお客様が多いように思いました！
ワクワクしながら待っているといい匂いと共にボリュームたっぷりのチャ～ボンが出てきました！たっぷりの野菜とお肉が乗っててテンション上がりますね～少し濃い目の餡が野菜と麺に絡まってクセになる味です。麺は少し柔らかめで、それもまた食べやすくていいですね！ご飯が欲しくなる逸品でした。
☆黒酢冷やし担々麺坦々麺好きの私達は、迷わず注文！思ってた以上に黒酢がかなり効いてて、サッパリした口当たり。黒酢好きの女性にオススメです。
☆バニラアイス濃厚だけど、後味がサッパリしていて〆にピッタリでした！
☆まとめ
最近、夏バテでなんだか食欲があるようなないようなという感じでしたが、中華料理っていいですね〜パワーがでます(*゜∀゜*)疲れた体に染み渡るような感じです。暑い夏にこそ、ぜひおすすめです。おひとり様でも入りやすいお店なので、またふらっと一人でも来たいです。
