自称カレー王です。
6月24日。
ココ数年で一気にバングラデシュレストランが増え新バングラ天国と化けた新小岩・平井エリア。
もしかしたら一番の長老がこのお店かもしれません。
『アディバ バングラカリー＆バー』です。
バングラ店主曰く「ウチのお客サンは日本人！」
だからバングラメニューはあまり無いそう。
それでもビリヤニやビーフカレーはあります。
ビリヤニは炊いたのを炒め直すタイプだそうで「バングラ味を楽しむならビーフカレー」との事。
ならば、いともアッサリと。
◆ビーフカレー
トマトの酸味と爽やかさを感じるビーフカレー。
肉塊もゴロゴロしてて喰い応えがあります。
うーむ。やっぱガッツリとバングラ味だわー。
「バングラ味を楽しむならビーフカレー」と言われたのでなおさらそう思えてくる。笑
もしも「バングラ味を楽しむなら握り寿司」と言われれば、オレは握り寿司だってバングラ味に思える自信がある男さ。
ぬっ！と思ったのはターメリックライス。
日本米じゃないんです。
バスマティライスをシナモンやクローブと一緒に炊き込んだバスマティバージョンのスパイシーターメリックライスです。
コレがビーフカレーにバッチリ絡んでウメえ！
このお店。
バングラメニューだけでなく、日本人の好みを考慮した多彩なオリジナルメニューを取り揃えていてかなり楽しいです。
印式中華のチキンマンチュリアン。
ネパール料理のバトマスサデコやモモ。（前の店がネパール料理店だったとかでそのまま残したんだとか）
タイ料理のトムヤムスープ。
イタリアンなカプレーゼやツナコーンピザ。
和食からは揚げ出し豆腐が代表選出。
さらにカレー焼きそばや焼きカレーうどんなんてメニューまで。
聞けば、バングラメニューのバジとかボッタも予約すれば作ってくれるみたいです。
それも勿論イイけど、そこまで日本人に喜んで貰いたいという気持ちのあるお店なら次はオリジナルメニューをツマみながら宴を楽しんでみたいですね。
5人以上にならない宴ね！笑
