孤独のグルメで有名になった貴州料理のお店に行って来ました。新小岩駅を降りて商店街を300mぐらい南へ行って、左に折れたところにあります。ちなみに右へ行くと最近評判の中国パン屋です。
開店の午後5時に行くとのれんは出てますが、中は真っ暗。声をかけると、もうやってるよとの事で、電気をつけてくれました。今晩は予約でいっぱいらしいですが、6時や7時からなので、構わないよとの事。
干豆豉回锅肉とご飯を頼みました。
誰もまだ来ないので店員さんと話をしてると豆豉は日本の納豆を使った自家製との事。どおりでしっかりとした納豆感があります。しかしながら辛さは普通の日本人だとかなり辛いです。豆豉がしっかり入っているのと、濃くて辛いガチ貴州味で意外とお腹が膨れます。井之頭五郎は、これに前菜盛合わせと火鍋まで一人で食べてたのが信じられません。
何人かで来ていろいろ頼んで楽しむのがいいなと思いました。次回は豆腐回锅肉を食べようと思います。
