マツコの知らないガチ中華と孤独のグルメで一躍有名になりました。ですが、テレビの力が無くても実力で勝負できる店です。珍しい貴州料理をいただけます。発酵納豆の火鍋と豆腐回鍋肉をいただきました。火鍋は、納豆の深みの味もありますが、コクのある辛さで麻や辣な咳き込む辛さです。ただ単なる辛くしてやる！な辛さでなく、美味しさを追求した辛さなので、嫌味もなく頑張って食べ進められます。ぐつぐつ煮込まれていくと、スープがドンドン濃く、納豆の影響もあり、とろとろなスープは絶品です。
料理の量が多く、これだけでお腹いっぱいになっちゃいました。次は他の料理もチャレンジしてみたいです。
