ゴールデンウィークの影響が良い方向に働いているのか？今年のラーメン屋さんは空いているようです。
ここYOSHIKIもある程度は待ちましたがまったくの許容範囲。
昆布水は魚介だしというより貝系なのか？これも鴨か？脂が効いていてよい。
そして具はイタリアン顔負けのほぼ生な鴨肉。生海苔やワサビで楽しむあたりも1800円の特製は納得の値段。何度でも来たくなる名店。
そしてスープ割り。
しいたけやら香味野菜を使っているようで、お出汁で勝負している店舗顔負けの、水筒で持ち帰りたいやつです。
