レモンサワーの素は複数ある中から、好みに合わせて2つチョイスできます！
焼肉だけど焼いてあげたり、焼かれたりして、ありがとうございますー、どこ置きますか？タレですか？みたいな気遣いは必要ありません。一気にどさったと焼くのが、ときわ亭の流儀。下味もバッチリだから、あとはそのまま食べさせといてください。
割りと活気のあるお店なので、多少の上司の小言やいらない自慢話はかき消されます。笑顔で相槌しておけば全てが解決！

【感想】
・レモン牛タン
タン元の塊に、スライスレモンが挟まってるというビジュアル。大概、ビジュアルにインパクトを持たせると、あぁ、こんなもんね、となりますが...値段、ポーション、部位を考えると、とてもいいのでは！
・大盛り塩ホルモン、大盛り味噌ホルモン
このホルモン注文は、定番です！
焼肉は一枚ずつ丁寧に焼き育てますが、仙台ホルモンは大胆に行きましょう！お皿から網に向かって、雪崩のように落とします。細かいことは気にしない...まずは蒸し焼きにして、火のあたりが悪かった子だけ徐々に移動します。大きすぎる子はハサミでカット。美味しく焼けた子から、網の縁の方に移動させます。あとは、レモンサワーと共に無心で食べ進めるのみ。臭みもないし、食べやすいし、下味がしっかりついてるからつまみとして、どんどん食べれてしまう。ホルモンの無限ループ突入です。
【ご注意】
サーバーから出てくるお酒、ちょっと強めです。
レモンサワーの素が美味しいので、ついぐいぐい飲めてしまいますが、気付いたら酔っ払っています。
