Visited on January 9, 2022 I wanted to eat a lot of delicious meat, not just a little, so I took advantage of Ushishige's all-you-can-eat option. I am satisfied with the taste for the price. I'm happy to say that most places last order 30 minutes in advance, but here they last order 20 minutes in advance. What I thought was great was the thorough explanation about all-you-can-eat and the active encouragement to change the menu. Most of the clerks were foreigners, and some of them were confused or spoke too quickly. However, the explanation regarding all-you-can-eat was very thorough and perfect. I think some people think that's normal, but lately it's not the case. I was very impressed that even foreigners were able to respond properly, even though there were many cases of ambiguity, deception, and trouble.
