食べログから18:30の座席のみ予約をした上での訪問
絶品タン3種盛り(3490円), 特撰和牛極盛り(3990円), タンコロ焼き150g(1890円), バラ山250g(1790円)などを注文
全体的に接客・肉の質などのバランスがとても良いと思った。
肉を頼んだ場合に、各種類3枚の提供の場合に、客側の人数が4人だったら、4枚に調整しますかなどと気をくばってくれる
高い肉は盛り付けもきれいに盛られていて、肉の質もよいが
量にこだわりたいメニューの場合は盛り付けもこだわらず、ボリュームがあるといった、
どちらのニーズにもこたえてくれるバランス感がある
タン類は食べ放題のお店であるような、まだ解凍しきれていないようなものが出てくることもない
