土曜夜に予約、予約時間を10分過ぎてから着席。混雑時も接客サービスは丁寧で良好。おすすめの3,680円(税抜)プレミアムコースを注文、まずはスタンダードコースでは注文できない肉を中心にオーダー。その中では、名物 塊 熟成肉がいい、4種のうち豚肉以外をお願いしたが、十分満足できるレベルで、何度も追加注文することに。あまり多くは頼まなかったが、サイドメニューも充実、自家製ナムル10種盛り合わせ、4種ある盛岡冷麺が特に気に入った。特筆すべきは18種類の自家製ジェラートを含むデザートビュッフェ。他店とは一線を画すレベルである。肉の食べ過ぎで少ししか食べれなかったのは残念。
