Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) bar that opened on the south side of Koiwa Station, just a little into a residential area from the downtown area. The frontage is wide and the inside of the store is open. The store has many continental female staff. It's kind and safe. The basic menu is a set of average lamb, premium lamb, and vegetables for 1,080 yen. Other items include meat, vegetables, and snacks. The meat didn't seem to have any internal organs. There were also courses. I wanted it to be light, so I ordered the basic set and then an additional standard rum. The basic set includes plenty of vegetables. The meat has a soft pink color and looks fresh. Grill the vegetables on Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) iron plate, brush with fat, and grill it yourself. The meat is soft and doesn't smell like sheep. It's plump, juicy and delicious. You can eat as much as you like without the sauce being too strong. There were many portions of the additional average lamb that didn't come with vegetables, so these two dishes were enough. It was delicious.
