おしぼりあり、紙ナプキンあり
水は出してくれなかった
参鶏湯(\2780)を注文
14:11 前菜(キムチ、チヂミ、豆腐)の提供
14:22 参鶏湯の提供
定番通り、丸鶏、高麗人参、ナツメ、もち米が入っている
ナツメは最初何か分からず
ワイン色の皮で実が黄色のため、サツマイモかと思ったが、参鶏湯について調べるとナツメを使うのが標準と知る
高麗人参は食べていいのか分からず、ネットで調べたら、栄養学的には食べた方がよいとのこと
鶏肉はそれほど自己主張の強い、地鶏のようなものではないと思った
ネットの説明では、お店によっては丸鶏の骨を入れるための壺を出してくれるとのことだが、
こちらでは出していただけず
(ただ、言えば出してくれると思われる)
伝票や札のようなものはなく、レジに行って会計をするスタイル
お店の方の接客は丁寧で、客を外まで見送っていた
平日のランチはお得なセットがあるよう
値段はかなり良心的だと思う(メインになりうる料理でも1000円未満で食べられる)
