此方は瑞江駅から徒歩で5分ほどの場所でつい先日、2月24日にオープンしたお店になります
夕方の訪問でしたので、ショーケース内は寂しい状態です
お値段はイチゴのショートケーキで¥500を少し下回る価格設定です
モンブランとイチゴのショートケーキが有ったのですが、嫁さんの「ロールケーキにしよう」
との鶴の一声でフルーツロールケーキ¥1200にしてみました
ウチに戻って頂きましたがスポンジ部分にハチミツを使っている様で、風味はカステラですね
中に入っているフルーツは白桃、バナナ、キウイ、イチゴですね
生クリームの甘さも良い感じだと思いますが、スポンジがパサつき気味なのが少し減点材料
でしょうか
もう少ししっとりとしたスポンジでしたらさらに良いと思うのですが
次回はモンブランかイチゴのショートケーキになりますかね
瑞江には良いケーキ屋さんが少ないので、頑張って欲しいところです
