徒歩圏内なので、二、三ヶ月に一度は食べたくなり訪れます。日曜日は大変混むので、開店前に並ぶのがオススメ。開店の15分前に来たところ、二十数人並んでました。地下一階、二階と前の客が分散したので、運良く一階のカウンター二席あ 空きがあり座れました。
ほんとうは、30分くらい前から並ぶのが確実です。
やはりカウンターが一番です。二階のテーブルになると、数後単位で、お皿に盛り付けられ配膳されます。自分で醤油をつけなければなりません。
カウンターは基本全部、最適に味付けされ、巻物以外は醤油を付ける必要がなく、一番美味しい食べ方になります。何年も通っていますが、私が知りうる限りすし大は、コスパNo. 1と言えるでしょう。いつもおまかせ、です。

少なくとも二が月に一度はいくランチのお気に入りのお店。いつもおまかせに、プラス好きなものを追加するパターン。どれも安定の旨さですが、私が特に好きなのは、赤貝の生きの良さ、佐賀県産は美味い。ウニは以前はおまかせに入ってましたがコロナ前くらいから追加で500円？必要になってますが、大きく外さない美味かった。
最近の大きな変化は、インバウンドのお客さんがかなり増えました。両隣は韓国の体格の良い若い男子2名と、若い男女カップル。男子2名がメニューの選択に苦労してたので声をかえて教えてあげるとその後はずっと私のオススメを即注文していました。それを隣で聞いて男女カップルの女性が同じものを注文する。日本酒も大吟醸760ミリリットルをすぐにあけ飲みっぷりも良かった、日韓交流でした。
