前から気になっていた築地のお寿司屋さん。ええ、名も通っています。
このお寿司屋さんにようやく訪問すすることができたので行ってまいりました。
こちらのお寿司屋さんのコースは一番金額が高い「おまかせ」から始まる4パターンほど。
でも、初訪問なので、やはりおまかせを頼みます。
出てきたネタ10貫は、
・白身（ヒラメ、塩）
・カツオ
・車海老
・さごし（サワラの幼魚？）
・赤貝
・金目鯛の昆布締め
・アジ
・巻物（貝のヒモ＋ねぎとろ）
・マグロの炙り
・穴子
いやー、ほとんど味をつけてくれていて、醤油付けすることがなかったんですけど、
サビ加減も含めてとても美味しい。一つ一つ丁寧に握ってくれて出してくれるタイミングもとても良い。
ちょっとネタが小さいかな、と思わなくもないですが、シャリとのバランスが取れていて非常に満足です。
当然、コースで終わらないのが私の寿司食い。更に追加を頼みます。

江戸前なら外しちゃいけねー、コハダ。かんぴょうもいい味付きして、日本酒がススムススム。
でも、今日イチだったのはカワハギ！
キモ付きおカワハギは初めて食べたと思います。これ今日イチです（2回目）。
お店もカウンタの大きさも適度ですし非常に居心地が良かった。たいへんおいしゅーございました。
2回目来訪は確実です。
