外国人のお客さんも増え、築地はとても賑わっており、特に場外市場のあたりは食べ歩きのお客さんで大混雑。その点、このお店はそのゾーンからは少しだけ離れているので、お店の周りがゴミゴミしていなくて良いです。
また、価格も良心的。すぐ近くに秀徳さんも何店舗かありますが、1000円以上は安い印象です。
土曜昼、20分ほど待ち時間あり。
あやめ(握り8貫、巻物1本)2,420円に、茶碗蒸し660円をいただきました。
お寿司は目の前で職人さんが握ってくれて、1貫ずつ出されます。ほとんどは塩や醤油などの味付けをしてくれていて、そのままいただきます。
お醤油を使うのは巻きものくらい。シャリは白です。
シャリの量、ネタの柔らかさ、ネタのバランス、どれもちょうどよく、満足度の高いランチでした(^^)特に穴子はふっくら柔らかく、ほんのりゆずの風味がとても美味しくて感動しました。
茶碗蒸しも美味しかったです。ほとんどのお客さんが追加注文してました。
