美味しい海鮮が食べたくて築地に来た。
イメージ的に市場ってとても新鮮で美味しい気がするのは否めない。
こちらは食べログ100名店にも選ばれたことのある
〝鮨 大〟さん。
10時半開店の為、15分前から並んだが既に20人以上の行列。
かなり人気店なようだ。
今回は残念ながらテーブル席の案内だった。
【メニュー】
・店長おまかせ
鮨9巻＋好きなネタ2巻 味噌汁 セット
・ホタテの刺身
・茶碗蒸し
・札幌瓶ビール
を注文。
正直びっくりである。
ネタがどれも乾燥気味。シャリは大きくてなんだかもっちりとしている。
他のクチコミもみて来店したのだが、想像と違っていて衝撃だった。
やはりテーブル席だからなのか？
握ってから時間が経ってしまっている為なのか？
味はどれも薄く感じる。
そして、ワサビの風味が新鮮なものとは思えない。
流石に無いと思うが練りわさびかと一瞬思うほどだ。
巻物は特にわさびが大量に入っていて申し訳ないが食べることが出来なかった。海苔は湿気を含みかなり口当たりが悪い。
確かに値段で考えれば沢山のネタを食べれてるお得かもしれないが、私は価値を見出すことが出来なかった。
茶碗蒸しは美味しくいただけた。
具材もたっぷりでアツアツ。
雲丹自体は美味しかった。
穴子もふわとろで火入れが絶妙だったのでオススメ出来る。
味は残念ながら好みではなかったが、オペレーションが良くテキパキと働く従業員はかなり良い。
2階のテーブル担当のパートの女性は声もよく通り心地よかった。
会計もスムーズ。
海外の観光客ウケは良さそうである。

I can recommend it to first time sushi eaters.
To be honest, I didn't really like the restaurant here. This is because I have eaten a lot of different kinds of sushi.
There is an English menu, and it is easy to visit because of the large number of foreign tourists.
There is quite a line, so it is best to get there before it opens and wait.
