イタリア料理の先駆者落合シェフ。
ラ・ベットラ・ダ・オチアイは有名ですよね。
そのラ・ベットラのケーキテイクアウト専門店が銀座2丁目にあるんです。
想像していたより小さくて汚れていたので、本当にここでいいのかGoogleマップを2度見して確認しました…
ショーケースが道路に面しているので道路からショーケースを見て、中でケーキを作られている方に注文するシステム。
決まったら声をかけてくださいねと店員さん。
1人しかいないので作業で忙しそうです。
この日のケーキは7種類。
『レモンのタルト』515円を注文しました。
有名店なのにリーズナブルなお値段が嬉しいですね。
ただ店員さんの愛想は良くないです。
作業しながら接客は大変なのかな…
持ち帰り用袋は5円なので、テイクアウトする方は何か袋を持参したほうがいいかも。
保冷剤は無料で付けてくれます。
家に持ち帰り食べてみると、レモンの酸味が結構効いていてめちゃめちゃ美味しい！
これはリピ確定！
他のケーキやプリンも食べてみたいです。
