定例の食事会にて。
水炊きの美味しい店を探しており、築地のこちらがヒットしたので来店。
予約して行ったのですんなり入店出来た。
ガーデン会席コースを注文。
内容は下記のとおり。
１、季節の前菜
２、活き鯛のカルパッチョ
３、新三浦特製スープ
４、水だき(小鉢)
５、だし巻き
６、つくねのたれ焼き
７、お雑炊、赤だし、香の物
８、フルーツ
特に美味しかったのは２と４と５と７かな。
鯛のカルパッチョはレタスのサラダと同じ皿で出てくるのだが、一緒に食べると食感、味も良くさっぱりする。
涼し気な気持ちになる。
４の水炊きは３のスープを使用しており、鳥肉3個、シイタケ、豆腐、人参、つくねが入っている。
スープが美味しいし、備え付けのポン酢も良い。鳥肉も肉厚で食べ応えがある。
５のだし巻きは甘くて美味しい。備え付けの大根おろしと一緒に食べるとモアベター。
７の雑炊は４の水炊きのスープと玉子、小葱、ポン酢で味付けされており、優しい味。
全体的に質が良く、量も程良い。また、接客もベテラン風の女性で安定感があり、非常に寛げた。
今度は冬に水炊きコースでリピートしたいな。
